At this point in time, there is no clear notification reagarding the same. The parent has filed a PIL in the Supreme Court requesting for not to open school and collage and the entrance examination like JEE Mains and NEET to be postponed further due to the increased cases.
Supreme court is yet to pass an order on it. The hearing is likely to be held on the 17 August. So until there is an official notification that school and collage can start there session as Online medium.
So, it is clear that education ministry has no new notification regarding reopening of school and collages.

It will take lot time to reopen the college due to covid-19 pandemic. And also it doesn't come under essential to open the college since it can perform through online classes.
If your online classes has doesn't start then your college management will soon contact you for this.
