If your DigiLocker marks are showing incorrectly, then yes, you should select the “No, my marks are not correct” option and upload the marksheet manually if the portal allows it.

But first, double-check once:
• DigiLocker account is linked with correct Aadhaar
• Correct board marksheet is fetched
• Name/DOB matches exactly

KEA has said marks are mainly fetched through DigiLocker, and manual correction options are for mismatch cases.

So if the marks are genuinely wrong, do not submit incorrect marks. Use the mismatch/manual upload option instead.
