instead of 35k money josaa refunded to me only 20k will they return remaining money later?

In counseling process the fees is taken for the seat allotment process through JOSAA. Your seat acceptance fee is considered as your admission fee while taking admission in the college. When you go for admission and document verification th e seat acceptance fee will be deducted from your admission fee that you had given while JOSAA counseling. However if no college has been selected and if you want refund there would be a refund policy. Seat acceptance fee will be refunded to students after deducting Rs.1500/- processing charge. Candidates can not withdraw seats after the announcement of last round seat allocation. Now if you have done all these and get refund of partial amount it should be given within some days but deduction of 1500 INR will be there.
