Is 10th marksheet is necessary at the admission time in NIT'S and IIT'S. If I had already a DOB certificate??

Hello adarsh,
Yeah you need to submit 10th class marks sheet .
Though you submitted dob you must submit the 10 class marks sheet since it is required to know your score for future purpose and as per rules and regulations every one should submit marks card .

There is 4 year gap between my 10th and 12th passing doest it creates any issues at admission time????

Yes it is necessary . I know it's importance is not more than as a proof of dob but it is included in the Mandatory document for councelling purpose
