is 12th pass certificate enough for non ecr in passport bcz i am not able to find my 10th marksheet..will this make a problem for me??

According to your question and taking into consideration that you are unable to find your 10th marksheet.
I would like to tell you that if you have been asked to upload the 10th marksheet then you should upload your marksheet otherwise it can create unnecessary problem.
If it has given you option to upload 12th pass certificate then you can upload it but kindly find your 10th certificate.
