Hello.
You can calculate your approximate rank by using the formula:
(100-your total percentile score)*869010/100.
Approximate rank at 20 percentile would be : 695,208 which is not so good rank, at this percentile you have very degraded chances of having good colleges with good branch even you have degraded chances of having tier 3 colleges with even not so good branch.
So I will suggest you to appear for the JEE mains April 'session' exam and do better in it.
