    3A falls under OBC Category. But EWS reservation is for those Candidates who belong to General Category and whose annual income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum. Those Candidates who belong to General Category and do not claim any benefits of OBC,SC,ST only are eligible for EWS reservation. But as 3A belongs to OBC, you are not eligible for EWS certificate.
