Is 3rd counselling for ECET is going to have r not can u plz tell when the dates r released??

It is not clear if regarding which state ECET your query is about. TS ECET and AP ECET counselling had concluded already and the counselling was held in two phases. There isn't any third phase counselling for both TS ECET and AP ECET. Also there isn't any information regarding the third phase counselling so third phase counselling will not be conducted.
