The cut-off marks for JEE advanced is 70-75 approximately. I'm sorry to inform you that 60 marks is not enough to fetch you a good rank. Assuming that you are from the general category, you haven't qualified. But if you are from other categories, there's a chance for a better rank.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on students category, number of participants, questions difficulty level etc, for jee main advance you need to qualify the subject wise cutoff and also over all cutoff score to become eligible to qualify jee advance exam.
