Is 80.79 a good score in JEE mains, if so what are colleges that can be applied with this score?

80.79 is not a very good score, you may not even qualify JEE main to be eligible for JEE advanced examination with this percentile.

For example,

In 2020, qualifying cutoff for general category was 90.3765335 and jee main 2021 expected qualifying cut off percentile is 90-95 percentile.
