is 92 percentile eligible for getting nit college in b arch?

So as per your percentile provided which is 92 in JEE PAPER II , it is at this point very difficult to predict whether you will get a college or not, since the counseling has not yet started also you have not provided your CRL/Reservation Rank .

Now, if this rank provided by you is in CRL and you belong to General Category, it is very diffcult for you to get a NIT/GFTI as they ususally have cutoff at around 3500 or 97-98 Percentile of marks(as per JoSAA 2019).
