Yes as per your percentile there is a great chance that you can get any NIT on your rank. As the percentile mentioned by you the General AIR rank must be between 82249 - 63079. Your category rank will be much less. There is a very fair chance that you can get NIT on your rank. specially of your home state where you can get your desired branch. But as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
