Is A 50% locomoter disability of left hand student is eligible for PWD reservation in NEET exam

Yes if any candidate is suffering from 50% or more locomotor disability than he/she will be eligible for PwD reservation in NEET 2020. Note that you should have a valid certificate of disability issued by one of the given institutions :-

• Vardhma Mahavir Medical College and Safdarajang Hospital, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi
• All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Hazi Ali Park, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
• Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, JC Bose Marg, Kolkata
• Madras Medical College, Chennai
