Dear Hassan, NTA guidelines state that any disability to be eligible for PWD reservation should not exceed more than 40%. And low vision means a person with impairment of vision of less than 6/18 to 6/60 with best correction in the better eye. And with cochlear implant too, the disability percentage might go beyond 40% disqualifying you for PWD reservation.To be eligible for NEET, you should have score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. You meet the criteria with your marks. Now to check whether you are eligible for PWD reservation, we would suggest you to get assessed in any of the Disability Assessment Centres listed in NTA Guidelines for NEET 2020 aspirants.
