Is admission possible if my aggregate in graduation is not 50% but I clear the entrance test?

Frankly speaking this is a basic criteria to get admission and without clearing this criteria no one will entertain you request of admission even you score well in entrance exam.
Few courses like BCA and some commerce stuff can be done and even B.Sc and stuff and no medical and engineering courses

Applying for any college or any post there is some academic criteria for which you should have to be eligible irrespective of your entrance exams.
Academic criteria is like key and entrance exam is like froce. Only Without having key or force you can't open gate. To get admission you should have both simultaneously.

Astha there is an eligibility criteria for every college. If the eligibility criteria for the college mentions that you need to have 50%+ in graduation then irrespective of how much you score in your entrance test your admission application will not be further evaluated.

Until and unless the candidate is eligible for admission all the entrance exam scores with other parameters like academic records (10th, 12 and graduation percentage), work experience etc. Are useless.

So before applying in any of the college make sure you check out the eligibility criteria.

Your admission depends on many parameters if your academic is not good . First your result in entrance test if you have done very good then surely you will get admission, secondly your participation in extra curricular activities of your college and achievement have got in your college like you are sports person then there is sports quota , I just mean that your overall profile, speaking skills and all should be good .
