Is AKTU good better or best for persuing in engg. Or i will have to choose other university

AKTU is good university for pursuing engineering.There are many good colleges under this university like IET,Galgotia, Bundelkhand institute of technology ,KNIT Sultanpur,Ajay Kumar Hath engineering college Gaziabad.

Yes AKTU is a better choice to go for engineering, but if you are getting more better than this, then choose the best.
Otherwise this college has good ratings.
The placement scenario was good this year. Some companies also hired the students of the mechanical engineering department this year. Around 340 students were placed this year, and that's a huge number. Placement rates are increasing every year because of the presence of a really active training and placement cell. Also, in this college, most of the students are oriented towards competitive exams such as GATE, civil services and CAT.
Infrastructure : The infrastructure is not up to the mark, but measures have been taken to improve it.
