Is all the course syllabus is according to latest technology used in industry and can we work on live project related to that course?

As per your question, you have not provided the name of college. As per your question and the general answer for it, the IIITs have the sllybus according to the latest technology.  And some of good IITs have changed their sllybus and rest of college have sllybus which are very old and of not much use in latest industry.
