    Hello Dear Student,
    No, outside-state students do not get OBC-NCL reservation benefits at Delhi Technological University (DTU). DTU requires the OBC-NCL certificate to be issued by the NCT of Delhi government. If you hold an OBC-NCL certificate from another state, you will be considered a General category student.
