Dear Student,

You need to submit the anti ragging certificate during the reporting to the college not during the counselling. During counselling they will ask you only some important documents like Aadhar card, marksheet, rank card, caste, domicile, etc.

And during the the reporting they will ask you to submit all the essential documents with anti ragging certificate, gap certificate, character certificate, transfer certificate etc.
