No , students who are in class 11 are not eligible for writing neet examination dear as to be eligible for Neet examination it is mandatory to be either appearing for class 12th board examination or have passed it.

You can check the neet 2020 eligibility criteria provided below :-

• You must have passed in Physics,

Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

• To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December , 2020 .

Thus , you are not eligible for neet examination

The NEET UG 2020 examination will be held by the NTA in May, 2020. It can be answered by students who have passed their 12th standard examination. It can also be answered by students who will be answering their 12th standard examinations in 2020 or who are awaiting the results of the same. However, 11th standard students are not eligible. There is also an age criteria that requires you to be at least 17 years old as of 31 December, 2020.
