Most of the fee waiver schemes are decided by the central and state government. They set some specific criteria for fee waiver based on the Annual Income of parents, category and CGPI.

You can get fee waiver if you meet these criterion. Based on your eligibility, you can either get a partial fee waiver or even a complete fee waiver.
