No MBBS students don't get money or payment or anything during their course.
But yes they do get stipend during last one year year of their rotatory internship during their course.
The stipend they get during internship varies from college to college.
The MBBS students in AIIMS gets the highest stipend during their internship.
Im Aiims , Interns get a stipend of around Rs 17,900 per month .
After the completion of your mbbs you can have your own clinic or even join a hospital and the starting salary could be around 20,000 -30,000 , most of the students prepare for PG after mbbs
