Is B SC nursing graduates can apply for M SC in psychology?

It is absolutely possible for you to pursue Msc in Psychology after an BSC in nursing as both of the fields are in science just the domain is different. If you like to continue with psychology, I would suggest that you take some kinds of courses before entering for MSC to gain some basic knowledge about psych. But as you know Nursing is a very practical domain so I would suggest you go for psychiatric nursing as your aim. Its just a suggestion you are free to take and study whatever you want.
