From a job's perspective. BA hons. is a specialisation in a subject. BA program is an integration of three subjects, in which you don't specialise in any particular subject. Ultimately you would have to choose one subject if you want to go in the education field. Otherwise if you want to do an MBA, it might not matter that much.If you want to pursue UPSC exams, a specialisation would definitely give you an upper hand.So think about what you want to study.
