Is b.arch good in IIT??Do they pay high salary just like b.tech

Yes, B.Arch is an excellent option to choose in IITs. In fact IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee are placed among top colleges in NIRF ranking (Category - Architecture). The package which you get after 5 years of graduation in quite good and comparable to B.Tech.
And all in all it also depends upon your personal interest that whether you want to pursue B.Arch or B.Tech. If you are really interested, then go for it.
