Is BE is there in IT or only BTech?

Can we become scientist after btech or mtech in information technology and what type of scientist we will be after doing btech or mtech IT

I saw your comments and want to clear here. Both are not so different. And what I want to say is the syllabus is high but they have divide them into 8 semesters. If you study like you do in intermediate then it would be very easy to crack the BTECH with more than 8 CGPA.

As most of the people get confused about B.E and B.Tech it is the same almost. The syllabus changes from university to university but the basic knowledge and the requirements are the same.
To answer your question, yes we have IT even B.E so you can choose it or we even have IT in B.Tech too. So it is available in both the full time courses.

BE and Btech are not different thing.There is no so many diffrences among these.Some colleges name their courses as BE ,some name Btech . Also BE is not specific of IT it is done in many of the other streams too.
