As for VITEEE it is an entrance exam conducted by VIT for admission into the VITs.
Though you can only be admitted to BTech program offered by the VITs through this entrance exam.
Unfortunately the institutes do not offer BE programs

No there is no B.E course in VIT. VIT Vellore was founded in 1984 and is a private college. VIT Vellore is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college is also recognized by UGC. The admissions to B.tech course are on the basis of VITEEE score. Applicants must fill out the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) online form. Applicants must appear for VITEEE.
