In order to prepare for biology in NEET NCERT is sufficient. Treat NCERT as your bible. I would suggest you to refer to at least last 10 years paper in order to get an idea on which chapters we should go a bit deeper or not. In order to score 300 above you should go by NCERT and also refer books like trueman.
