is bitsat equally tough as eamcet (Telangana)

There is not much difference between the syllabus of both exams. So if you have strong basics you can crack either or both of them easily but the exam pattern varies as BITSAT is +3 -1 meaning with negative marking, so it tests both Speed and Accuracy.

And there is no negative marking in TS EAMCET and as per the students appeared for the same last year the paper was much simpler, easier and straight out of practice books compared to BITSAT.

So you can consider BITSAT bit lengthy but almost both are on same platform.
