Hello,
Last year in jee mains 2017,there was one error in question and 4 marks was given as bonus to every candidates who appeared in jee mains exam.In 2016 also,bonus marks in jee mains was given to all candidates.So yes,bonus marks will be given to candidates if any question or answer is wrong.
But you should prepare hard from your side and be ready for every situation.
