is burkha allowed for jee mains exam
Hi Shaik
The National Testing Agency has not specified any dress code for JEE Main . However, the NTA has made strict rules on Exam Day Guidelines of the JEE Main Exam.
The Exam will take place from 6th January 2020 to 11th January 2020.
So, here are some instructions on Dress Code for the JEE Main that you can follow-
- Do not wear anything that has pockets. It will be throughly checked.
- Avoid wearing jewelry
- Wear Simple and Light-Colored Clothes without any accessories such as a watch, bracelets, etc.
- Wear jeans with a t-shirt or kurta with leggings.
Hope this helps!
You can wear a hijab butt I don't think they would allow a burkha because of the chances of unfair means. They need to see your face for identification first then only they will allow you in the examination hall. So I would suggest you not to wear a burkha as it might get you into a bit of trouble. Good luck!
