Both of them are very good for the career option but what interest you the most is important.
If you have a interest in accounting profession then go for ca and if you have a interest in management then go for MBA.

It's purely based on your interest and the area you wish to work in. The scope of work for a CA is mainly in the field of finance and accounting area whereas MBAs have more diversity to choose from.
So you can be successful by anyway if you do your work passionately.
