Is calculator is able to use in gujcet?

mode by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) on April 23. The application form is available in online mode. A state-level exam, GUJCET will be held for admission to Bachelor of Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy courses in government, grant-in-aid and self-financed engineering institutions in the state. The question paper of GUJCET 2019 will be of three hours duration and comprise multiple choice questions.

Please note that the role of GSEB ends with the declaration of result. The remaining part of the admission process, including counselling and seat allotment, will instead be conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). Counselling will be based on the merit list that will be drawn up by giving 40% weightage to percentile obtained by the candidate in GUJCET 2019 and 60% weightage to percentile obtained in board exams.

Yes calculators can be brought but the calculators must be simple and old types where only the basic mathematical functions can be done simply and no scientific high end calculators will be allowed where a lot more than basic mathematical calculations can be done. There are calculators where a full integaration can be solved by just entering the unknown parameters and the answer also comes in form of the unknown parameters. So scientific calculators arent allowed.

I think calculator is allowed in GUJCET Examination but not scientific calculator. You can use simple calculator. You can also go through instructions where you will find answer related to the query.
