Is cast certificate is important for filling the form of aiims

While applying it is not required to be submitted as you just need to choose the caste category which you belong to and at the time of counseling you will have to submit it as an evidence that you are from a reserved category.

Aiims can accept any caste certicertificate. ...I was born in punjab and have my home there and my sc certificate is of punjab but after some years my family had to shift to westbrngal and now I m a domicile of bengal here in westbrngal they r not making my sc certificate because they r telling to give proof 50 years ago ...I have my punjab sc cetificte wwill aiims accept it

Cast certificate is usually required during the document verification in the counseling process.During the application, it is not that necessary.

No. But however if you are a sc/st/obc candidate, the cast certificate is must during the counselling process.
