caste certificate for BC-E is mandatory during the counselling of any exam you apply if you want avail the reservation quota alloted for that particular group.
if you dont want to avail the reservation that is alloted for the BC-E then you must and should have certificate during the counselling of the exam or during the document verification process of the concerned exam.
