Is ceat allotment will be given through all India rank or through state rank??

Hello aspirat!!
Mostly it will be based on All India Rank. Because in some of the councellings the cutoff or limit nay be 15% of All India ranks. So it may differ. Apply for the counselling and you will be alloted based on the instructions they framed. So try your luck.
