Is Certificate of category required of state or central like central OBC or state OBC?

See if you are going to appear for any of the central level exam or cou selling then Central category certificate is required but if you appears for state level counselling or exam then you can use your state category certificate but note that central category certificate is valid for both at central leve and at state level too.
