Is CFTIs are good institute for B.tech students

Yes, it is good to pursue your B.tech degree from CFTI. CFTI stands for Centrally Funded Technical Institute which also counts as premier institute just like IITs and NITs.
What you need to understand is that these colleges are affiliated to either an IIT or NIT or a State University and has equal benefits and faculty management like any other IIT or NIT would have. You will still be certified as an alumni of a prestigious and premier institutes in India. speaking of placements and job opportunities, it might not have a many as an IIT or NIT would have but still manages to attract the best companies in terms of hiring and placement

Many CFTIs(Central Funded Technical Institutes) like IITs, NITs provide good quality of education and also provide many oppotunities to exel in career like providing good placement oppotunities, semester exchange programs, many technical events, workshops and many more to impart hands on knowledge to its students
