Is civil engineering is good trade in future.

Everything right now happening in the world totally depends on engineering, no matter what branch. There has been a widely popular and completely wrong opinion, that civil engineering doesn't lead to good future. I condemn that. You may not start with a great package, but you will definetly get a good package. Everybody is rushing tio be a computer engineer. If everybody builds computers, they need somebody to design their homes and offices and other buildings. This is what you need to think about.
If civil engineering is what you are interested in, then you need to go for it, no matter what others tell about the branch. If you are good, you will excel in the feild.

Hi Abhishek, civil engineering is one of the oldest if not the oldest branch of engineering. Some also say it would be an evergreen branch as their will always be need of good civil engineers especially in public sector.

So yes, civil engineering will be a great option for you. You might have to work very hard initially but the rewards will be fruitful.
