Is civil engineering or ECE is best to study and which is best avilable for jobs?

Dear Augustin, Civil Engineering is one of the oldest, traditional branches of Engineering. Civil Engineering deals with making and planning of structures. In the government sector, there is a huge requirement for civil engineers. But, the average starting salary is generally between 2-5 Lakh Rupees per year. Many aspire to do ECE because of the increasing job opportunities, salary range and continuous industry growth. ECE has several job openings & good pay-packages as compared to other branches. ECE deals with designing of process or mechanical equipment, improving the functionality and reliability of mobile devices and servers, setting up networks and equipment, process and maintenance of electronics gears and systems etc. ECE has better scope compared to Civil. But always go with your interest. Choose wisely. All the best.
