Hello,
No, 11th class marksheet is not required. You will require the following documents.
- NEET Admit Card
- NEET Scorecard/NEET Rankcard
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
- passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste Certificate
- PwD Certificate
- NRI/ OCI candidates( if required )
- Passport copy of sponsored, embassy certificate ( if required )
- Gap certificate ( if required )

Hey, there is no need of 11th marksheet but 12th marksheet is mandatory if you are appearing in counselling and you can also provide it later..
