It is true that government job in India means a lot to the people. The importance of government jobs is because of good government policies which makes the job easy and secured as compared to private sector.
India has scarcity of jobs in the current market so getting a job is tough and competition is tough.
Look in the end a person wants to earn money wheater you get it from a job or a business. You can lead a great life if you are happy and expert in your profession. The salary of most of the government posts is not so high. So you can earn more money if you have zeal to do a business.
As you have mentioned you don't like studying if you study forcefully it would be of no use for you. And if you really want to study develop a reason which motivates you to move on. Or find your intersted feild and start a business.
