Hello Anuman,
I don't think a college issued identity card can be used as an identity proof for the JEE Advanced Exam. Make sure the identity proof you upload is a government issued ID, such as Aadhar Card with photo, E-Aadhar, Ration Card , Drivers License, Voter ID, PAN Card or your Passport.
