Unfortunately, no if you have colour blindness then you will not be allowed to get a job of any kind at the airport and airport authority of india will not allow you too.

After clearing all test and interview candidates required to undergo class 3rd medical test from any government hospital. And candidates needs to be fit and clear all medical test. And person will be declear fit only when he/she is fit which include there should not be any colour blindness at all.
So no colour blindness is not allowed in airport authority of india.
