Dear Manjula, you will need Income Certificate as a proof if you are applying for Scholarships or if you are applying for any reservation. Say if you are applying for OBC-NCL or EWS or any scholarship, you will need the Incomr certificate as a proof to avail such benefits. However if you are not availing any of these benefits, then you do not need to submit any Income certificate.
