Is conduct certificate necessary since i have tc with me where my behaviour is mentioned as good

Hiiiii dear!!!! If they are asking specifically about the conduct certificate then you will have to provide them with a conduct certificate itself, other you can also ask the concerned authority if you can substitute the conduct certificate with the TC.
