Hello STudent,

Actually in the year of 2017, the course diploma in child health from college of physicians and surgeons , is gate recognised by Medical Council of India.

So so it is also so be true for any state including Punjab also. After doing CPS DCH you can practice in in Punjab and other state also. Hope this will help you
