NO. The dates for NEET 2021 have not been finalised yet.
The release date of the application form for NEET 2021 faced a delay due to the inconvenience that occurred in the previous year's NEET session due to the outbreak of COVID-19. However the application form of NEET is to be released soon by authorities at ntaneet.nic.in.
