Is diabetes considered as a pwd?

Hey!
PWD is a person with disability. But diabetes is not considered as a disability. Some of the other examples of disabilities are:
- Vision impairment
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Deaf or hard of hearing
- Psychological conditions
- Brain Injury
- Physical disability
- Intellectual disability

Actually a friend of mine is a asthma patient.And she is considered as a disabled person so I just wanted to know if diabetes was considered or not

All b tech exams like jee,mht cet,comedk,bit sat
Manu, all these entrance exams follow the Persons with Bench Mark Disability rights Act. And Diabetes is a medical condition but doesn't count under Disability. But yes there might be complications caused by Diabetes but Diabetes doesnt fall under Conditions that require PWD reservation.
