Hello there,
B.Tech in robotics is interdisciplinary branch of Engineering and science that comprises of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, cse etc hence provide technical education to student. While M.S in robotics unlike b.tech or m.tech is focused on research work and provide great opportunities in research and development as well as company oriented jobs.
Therefore better for you will be to persue Robotics in MS after getting enough basic technical knowledge in b tech.
However final decision should be yours.
Hope this helps
